How does it work?
With a simple solution that does not require development, you can alert the user about anything which needs immediate attention.
When you install our solution, an Alert field will be added to the key entities (eg, account, contact, case, etc.). The field can be filled manually or by an automatic process.
Now, Once the field is full, when a user signs in, an alert pops up!
Only after the user has confirmed that he has read, he will be able to continue working on the system.
